A cannabis foxtail refers to a unique bud formation where the calyxes grow in a stacked, spiky pattern resembling the tail of a fox. This can occur naturally in some strains due to genetics, or as a response to environmental stress like excessive heat or light. While foxtailing can affect the appearance of the buds, it doesn’t necessarily impact potency or quality—though dense, traditional bud structures are often preferred for consistency and bag appeal.

All of HYP3’s photographic images are protected by copyright and remain HYP3/\ intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. When an individual customer purchases an image, they are granted a license for personal use only, which means the image can be displayed privately (such as in a home or personal project), but not reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes. Exclusive or sole-use rights—where the image will not be licensed to anyone else—can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss exclusive licensing options.
EDITORIAL & COMMERCIAL USE
My photographic images are available for both editorial and commercial use. Editorial use refers to the use of images in journalistic or educational contexts—such as newspapers, magazines, blogs, and documentaries—where the primary purpose is to inform or educate, not to promote or sell a product or service. Commercial use, on the other hand, includes any application intended to promote, advertise, or sell a product, service, or brand, including in marketing campaigns, product packaging, or corporate communications. Licensing terms and fees may vary depending on the intended use, so please contact me directly to discuss your specific needs and obtain the appropriate rights.
